Lisa Moore received her real estate license in 1998 and
in 2008 she established MTM Realty Group in LaPorte
Indiana. In 2019, MTM Realty purchased Long Beach
Realty and in 2021, MTM developed MTM Premier
Property Managment. In 2023, Premier Property Management partnered with Manitou Springs Real Estate to provide short term rental management to the Pikes Peak Region. MTM is continually
evolving…..we are glad to be a part of serving this
community with a personal touch. Welcome to the

Lisa Moore
Lisa Moore is the Broker/Owner of MTM Premier Property
Management. Lisa has been a licensed real estate broker for
25 years. She has years of experience selling, flipping
properties, long-term rentals, short-term rentals and office
management. Lisa owns several short term rental properties
in Indiana and one in Woodland Park, Colorado. Lisa has 3
adult children, 3 grandchildren and has been a lifelong
resident of LaPorte County. She enjoys kayaking, hiking &
beaching & working! Lisa is licensed in Indiana, Michigan &
Colorado.
Jennifer Bauer
Jenn Bauer is a LaPorte County native. She has been married
to her high school sweetheart, Bob, for over 30years. They
have two adult daughters and three grandchildren. Jenn has
been in the real estate industry for 10 years and a licensed
agent/property manager for six of those years. Whether it is
buying, selling or renting, her goal is to “Make the Move” for
her client(s) easy and stress free.
Ashlan Siford
Communication and consistency is what I strive for with
every client and renter I work with. I love helping the renter
have the best vacation possible and making the cash flow go
as smoothly as possible for the owner!
When I’m not busy with real estate and property
management, I enjoy vacationing with my husband and
three kids. I love seeing what other short term rentals do and
learn new things to incorporate! I also play Ultimate Frisbee,
am an active volunteer for Family Advocates, and a proud
member of Women in Leadership.
Meghan Maddox
I’m a real estate broker in Long Beach IN and property manager
for MTM Premier Property Management. I love the area we live in,
so close to Southwest MI and only 60 minutes from Chicago.
Great beaches, wineries, rolling hills and countryside and so many
fun family activities. I love helping visitors fall in love with our area
just as I have. My office is located along the shores of Lake MI in
Long Beach IN and I specialize in properties located in the beach
