Lisa Moore is the Broker/Owner of MTM Premier Property Management. Lisa has been a licensed real estate broker for 25 years. She has years of experience selling, flipping properties, long-term rentals, short-term rentals and office management. Lisa owns several short term rental properties in Indiana and one in Woodland Park, Colorado. Lisa has 3 adult children, 3 grandchildren and has been a lifelong resident of LaPorte County. She enjoys kayaking, hiking & beaching & working! Lisa is licensed in Indiana, Michigan & Colorado.

Jenn Bauer is a LaPorte County native. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Bob, for over 30years. They have two adult daughters and three grandchildren. Jenn has been in the real estate industry for 10 years and a licensed agent/property manager for six of those years. Whether it is buying, selling or renting, her goal is to “Make the Move” for her client(s) easy and stress free.

Communication and consistency is what I strive for with every client and renter I work with. I love helping the renter have the best vacation possible and making the cash flow go as smoothly as possible for the owner! When I’m not busy with real estate and property management, I enjoy vacationing with my husband and three kids. I love seeing what other short term rentals do and learn new things to incorporate! I also play Ultimate Frisbee, am an active volunteer for Family Advocates, and a proud member of Women in Leadership.

I’m a real estate broker in Long Beach IN and property manager for MTM Premier Property Management. I love the area we live in, so close to Southwest MI and only 60 minutes from Chicago. I am a local realtor and property manager. Born and raised on Lake Michigan with 3 children and a Great Dane.I love walking the beach, being on the water, and enjoying our local restaurants. The best part of my job is sharing with locals and visitors all the amazing experiences LaPorte County has to offer.

I have lived in LaPorte County for most of my life. Raising my kids here has given me the chance to be involed in my community in so many amazing ways! I have a Master’s Degree in Management and over 23 years experience in management. Real Estate/Property Management is a great fit for for me. My focused is on LaPorte, primarily the lake area. I have lived on Pine Lake for over eight years and have a good working knowledge of the needs of a lake house owner. I love living in LaPorte County and on Pine Lake and love having the opportunity to help other experience LaPorte the way I get to experience LaPorte!

Emily loves living and working in Manitou Springs and her real estate expertise spans all over the Pikes Peak region. As a Realtor for 17 years, and Manitou resident for 23 years, she offers her experience and expertise combined with dedication and compassion for her clients. In 1989, she moved from the Midwest to Colorado and vowed to lead an exciting life. Here she met James and they’ve been happy together for over twenty nine years. Some of Emily’s interests are in gardening, travel, food, and music, all of which are influenced by her love of different cultures of Mexico. She also loves going on lots of walks with her handsome and slobbery Bloodhound “Earl”. Emily believes living in Manitou keeps her life healthy and vibrant!
