– Are there any restrictions on who can rent a vacation rental?
Yes, you must be 24 years old to reserve a rental.
– Can I rent a property for someone else?
The guest who reserves the home must stay in the home for the duration of the stay.
– What if something malfunctions during my stay?

– I accidentally broke something or caused damage to the property. What do I do?
Relax and contact your host. Your booking is covered by WAIVO which gives $3,000 of coverage if you break or damage something at the house.
– Can I check in early?
We do allow early check-ins if the property is ready. Please ask your host. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to let you know about an early check-in until the day or two before your stay.
– Can I check out late?
If you want to request a later check out, you will need to contact your host as early as possible with your request. Our cleaners have a schedule and may have multiple properties to clean on the same day. We will do our best to accommodate you but often times, we can’t move the cleaner’s arrival time.

Cancellation Policies

    • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
    • If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, guests will be refunded 50% for all nights.
    • If guests cancel after that, there will be no refund.
  • Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
