Relax and contact your host. Your booking is covered by WAIVO which gives $3,000 of coverage if you break or damage something at the house.
– Can I check in early?
We do allow early check-ins if the property is ready. Please ask your host. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to let you know about an early check-in until the day or two before your stay.
– Can I check out late?
If you want to request a later check out, you will need to contact your host as early as possible with your request. Our cleaners have a schedule and may have multiple properties to clean on the same day. We will do our best to accommodate you but often times, we can’t move the cleaner’s arrival time.

Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment
Our company manages reservations across multiple booking platforms, each of which may publish different cancellation terms. Cancellation policies may also vary depending on the time of booking, the proximity of the reservation date, and other factors determined by the platform. We strongly recommend you purchase your own traveler’s insurance.
    Direct Bookings:
    • To receive a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee), guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
    • If canceled 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, a 50% refund will be given.
    • If canceled between 7–14 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be given.
    • If canceled less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given.
  • Platform Bookings:
Accordingly, the cancellation policy that governs your reservation is the specific policy displayed on the platform at the time you made your booking. This includes any rules related to refunds, timelines, partial refunds, or non-refundable reservations based on how far in advance the stay was booked.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:
    1.     The applicable cancellation policy is solely the one provided by the booking platform at the time of booking;
    2.     Our company will follow that policy as it appears in your confirmation; and
    3.     Cancellation terms may differ from one reservation to another due to platform requirements and booking timing.
If you need clarification regarding the cancellation policy tied to your reservation, please refer to your booking confirmation or contact our team directly.
We strongly recommend you purchase your own traveler’s insurance.
