Our company manages reservations across multiple booking platforms, each of which may publish different cancellation terms. Cancellation policies may also vary depending on the time of booking, the proximity of the reservation date, and other factors determined by the platform.Direct Bookings:
- To receive a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee), guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
- If canceled 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, a 50% refund will be given.
- If canceled between 7–14 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be given.
- If canceled less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given.

Platform Bookings:
Accordingly, the cancellation policy that governs your reservation is the specific policy displayed on the platform at the time you made your booking. This includes any rules related to refunds, timelines, partial refunds, or non-refundable reservations based on how far in advance the stay was booked.By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:- The applicable cancellation policy is solely the one provided by the booking platform at the time of booking;
- Our company will follow that policy as it appears in your confirmation; and
- Cancellation terms may differ from one reservation to another due to platform requirements and booking timing.
