Airbnb Bookings:

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check in. If cancelled 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, a 50% refund will be given. If cancelled between 7-14 days before check in, a 50% refund will be given. If cancelled after that, no refund will be given.
Direct Bookings:

To receive a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee), guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check in. If cancelled 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, a 50% refund will be given. If cancelled between 7-14 days before check in, a 50% refund will be given. If cancelled after that, no refund will be given.
VRBO Bookings:

No refund will be given for cancellations.
