How much do you charge to manage properties?

What types of things does Premier handle?
Premier is a full service provider. We cover everything from photographing
the property, listing the property on various rental sites, guest bookings and
communication, owner accounting, household inventory, scheduling
cleaners, developing guidebooks and submission of damage claims.
Do you take security deposits?
In lieu of security deposits, the guest will pay a small fee for $3,000 of
property damage coverage. Also, Airbnb and VRBO have some coverage as
well for damage and liability claims. We would be happy to meet with you
to also discuss home owner’s insurance so that you have the proper
coverage.
How often do owners get paid?
At the end of each month, you will be provided with a detailed statement and your proceeds will be directly deposited into your account.
