It was an amazing place we had a wonderful stay the wildlife was incredible. The town was so fun and perfect for everybody. We were so disappointed the hot was not working for our stay it would have made it a ten out of ten stay.

Notes

• Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, upload your driver's license or passport and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

• Streaming: Available using your own accounts.

• No Air-conditioning: This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning. Most homes in the mountains do not have A/C.

• Pets: All animals must be approved by management. A nonrefundable pet fee of $50 per dog (maximum of 2) applies.

• Parking: Free parking available for 3 vehicles.

• Damage Waiver: The total reservation cost includes a damage waiver fee, covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage
to the property or its contents, provided the incident is reported to the host before checking out.

***For Stays 6 months or longer, utilities are not included.
