Notes

- The owner stays at the property between guest visits, and some personal items are stored on-site.
- **Kayaks and Paddle Boards:**
- 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for guest use at your own risk.
- After use, please turn kayaks upside down to drain any water.
- **Portable Fire Pit:**
- Available for use, but guests must provide their own firewood.
- **Pet Policy:**
- Pets are not accommodated at this time.
- **Smoking Policy:**
- No smoking in the home or on the porch.
- Smoking is permitted 10 feet away from the home—please dispose of smoking debris properly.
