Pool & Hot Tub Guidelines
Hot Tub (House 1):
Place one chlorine tablet in the filter after each use.
Intended for 3-4 people at a time, with 1-hour time limits and no more than 2-3 uses per day.
Rinse off lotions and perfumes before entering.
Cloudy water may be caused by overuse or lack of chlorine.
Follow posted rules—if the tub requires draining, cleaning, and refilling due to not following guidelines, a $200 fee may be charged.
Pool (House 2):
Swim at your own risk.
One patio stone is slightly loose—please be careful when walking on the patio.

House Access & Amenities

Full Access: Guests have complete access to both homes for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Off-Limits Areas: Certain storage closets, the basement, and owner’s closets are not available for guest use.

Convenience & Amenities: On-site laundry is provided in both homes for your convenience.

Outdoor Activities: A nearby public park offers soccer fields, a playground, walking trails, and tennis courts.

Parking: Driveway parking accommodates multiple vehicles, and garage spaces are available (House 1: 2-car garage; House 2: 1 garage space).

Pool & Hot Tub:

House 1 features a hot tub ready for private relaxation.

House 2 has a seasonal pool and pond—swim at your own risk.

*House 1:
-Upstairs Bedrooms: 4 large bedrooms (2 Kings & 2 Queens).
Basement Bedroom: Additional Queen bed.
Common Area: Finished basement includes two twin beds and a Smart TV.
-Bathrooms:
2 full bathrooms on the second floor (hall bath: tub/shower combo; master bath: walk-in shower, double vanity)
1/2 bath on the main floor
3/4 bath in the basement
-Laundry: Located in the 2nd floor hallway.
-Interior Features: Extensively remodeled with hardwood floors throughout. Sunken living room on main floor—watch your step.
-Yard & Outdoor Amenities: Full privacy fence, gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor table with seating for 4.
*House 2:
-Bedrooms: Four spacious bedrooms:
Master: King bed with full attached bath
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + pull-out trundle, desk, closet, books
Bedroom 3: Two singles (can push together as a double), two closets, iron & ironing board
Bedroom 4: Two singles (one pull-out trundle)
-Bathrooms: Master bath, additional full bath, and a half bath
-Main Floor Living: Smart TV, board games, and cozy sitting areas
-Common Area: Pool table, reading nook, wet bar with sink and wine glasses, extra sitting area off the kitchen
-Laundry: Washer and dryer on the main floor-
-Mudroom & Entry: Fire extinguisher, life jackets, portable fan, hammock storage
-Interior Features: Four-season dining area, desk in one bedroom, cozy living areas with Smart TV and games, pool table
