Walmart Neighborhood Market

My family has gone here almost exclusively for groceries for about five years or more. We have had their delivery service for about three years and it has been phenomenal for the price. They have made a few mistakes over our time shopping here and with their delivery service, but those mistakes are so far and few between that their performance overall is impressive. Their employees also tend to be friendly and go above and beyond, as was the case at about 6:30 this evening, when i was asked by my wife to run out for some things at the last minute, and forgot my phone. When i arrived at the store, i forgot the most important item she’d asked for, and John, an employee on the front end, did everything he could to help me out, going beyond usual customer experience measures, to help me contact my wife to be sure i got everything she’d asked me to get. This store has been wonderful for the time we have shopped here, and their employees continue to go above and beyond, like John did this evening.
